The dosage of B vitamins in Pure Encapsulations B-Complex is significantly lower compared to higher-dose products on the market. This could be considered a conscious choice by the company, as it may be formulated with a “just enough, not too much” approach. Indeed, these dosages are already considerably higher than the daily nutritional reference values. Long-term, uninterrupted use of high-dose supplements is not recommended. While B vitamins are water-soluble and can be excreted by the body, it is best to consult a healthcare professional before using high doses for extended periods (6 months or more).
However, despite the relatively low dosage, the product is not cheap. Therefore, the formulation offered in Türkiye does not seem to fully meet the current price level from a technical perspective. Furthermore, the formulation is not identical to the B-Complex products offered by the company in markets outside of Turkey.
